Fusamatic svejseovergangs-T med automatisk aflæsning af svejsetider. Til vand, spildevand og gas, -10 °C til + 40 °C.

Svejsemuffer fra Fusion giver mulighed for et fuldsvejst rørsystem. Fusamatic svejsemuffernes kvalitet, pålidelighed og fleksibilitet giver sikkerhed for stærke PE-rørsamlinger og deres unikke egenskaber giver mulighed for automatisk aflæsning af svejsetider samt reduktion af svejsetider og fejlsvejsninger.

Fordele

  • Indstøbte svejsetråde reducerer svejsetider og fejlsvejsninger
  • 4 mm Fusamatic-stift for automatisk aflæsning af svejsetider
  • Individuelt nummereret, og stregkode samt QR-kode giver fuld sporbarhed af hver enkelt fitting, så den kan spores hele vejen fra råmaterialer til færdigt produkt.
  • Stregkoden for svejsning er i overensstemmelse med ISO 13950. Sporbarhedsstregkoden er i overensstemmelse med ISO 12176-4.
  • Manuelle svejseparametre er indstøbt
  • Permanent mærkning med batchnummer og visuel indikator for svejsning
  • Med Fusion Assist App kan både Fusion fittings og øvrige produkter registreres med en unik GPS-lokation som i app'en kan kombineres med et foto af installationen
